Indulge yourself soaking in the high back slipper tub. Slide under the satin comforter and read the story of the local coal mining days of this periodic time, before drifting off to a restful night’s sleep.

General terms
A reservation is a contract. When reserving a room at Carbon Countrys Shady Rest Bed and Breakfast, whether online or by phone, you agree to all of our policies. In return, we will hold your room(s) for you, for the night(s) requested.
ROOM RATES
A payment of 50% of your total reservation is required at the time of booking
All rooms are based on two-person occupancy. $35.00 charge per person, per night for additional guest.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in is after 3:00 pm and Check-out is before 11:00 am. Late night check-in, after 7 pm, is available with prior notification. . Please call ahead if you are arriving early to check the status of your room. Please call 360-829-1827 for early or late arrival.
SMOKING/DRUG POLICY
Carbon Countrys Shady Rest is non-smoking inside or any area within 25 feet of open doors or windows, per state law.. Vaping or smoking will only be permitted outside in the designated smoking area. A cleaning fee of $500 will be charged to any guest found smoking or vaping in rooms.
Illegal drug use/possession will not be tolerated at Carbon Countrys Shady Rest at any time. Guests caught violating the drug policy will be asked to leave immediately, and no refund of room reservation fees will be given.
DAMAGE
Guests are financially responsible for any damage that occurs to Carbon Countrys Shady Rest Bed and Breakfast, property including (but not limited to) rooms, all common areas, and outdoor spaces.
CHILFDREN & PETS
We welcome children 14 years and above at Carbon Countrys Shady Rest. We are unable to accommodate pets, with the exception of approved service animals. Please note, that this is also the home of Mark and Shelley Wright, and that they do have pets that are confined to their living quarters.

Cancellation
A reservation is a contract. When reserving a room at Carbon Countrys Shady Rest Bed and Breakfast, whether online or by phone, you agree to all of our policies. In return, we will hold your room(s) for you, for the night(s) requested.
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICIES
Payment of 50% of the total reservation, for all reservations, is taken at the time of booking. If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, a fee of $35 will be charged for cancellations made anytime up to 14 days prior to your arrival date. For all cancellations made less than 14 days in advance, the equivalent of a one-night stay per room will be charged, unless the room can be re-booked for all dates you originally reserved.
By booking a room at Carbon Countrys Shady Rest Bed and Breakfast, you are accepting this payment arrangement and promise to abide by our cancellation policy. Carbon Countrys Shady Rest accepts payment and processes most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Deiscover and American Express) through our booking software for your convenience.
